Disability Support Worker - Clifton Beach (Cairns)

HIRING: SUPPORT WORKER – CLIFTON BEACH (CAIRNS)

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Worker to assist a family in the Clifton Beach area. This role requires someone who is neurodivergent-friendly, confident working with mental health, and ideally able to communicate using AUSLAN sign language.

What We’re Looking For:
– Experience in disability or mental health support
– AUSLAN skills highly regarded
– Neurodivergent-informed and trauma-aware approach
– Comfortable supporting a family environment
– Reliable car + comprehensive insurance
– Willing to provide a Statutory Declaration
– Holds all mandatory checks: Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC/Blue Card (as relevant), First Aid & CPR
